Job Description / Responsibility
* Having creative vision, user experience, visual communication, and quality design concepts
* Designing layout for the new websites and landing pages
* Creating intuitive interfaces and interaction layers using best practices, the latest web trends and all available tools to augment the user experience
* Experience on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
* Need to have aesthetic sense and be creative to produce idea and concepts
* Experience on slicing the Layout into 100% valid html
* An understanding of web technologies and grasp of the tools is expected of all designers.
* Must be a HTML5, CSS3, Javascript developer. To be more specific, the candidate should have knowledge on object oriented Javascript, jQuery, Ajax, XHTML, Advanced CSS and DIV based design.
* Working experience on web development for mobile devices and tablets
* Work closely with team to execute on the creative strategy for projects by creating viable design schemes for interactive experiences
* To work with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop modules for all web properties
* Versatile and multi-faceted

* The applicant must have a serious passion for working with flexibility and adaptability in a continuously changing technological environment
* Have knowledge on User Experience Design (UXD), adaptive web design, and advanced modern design principles and CSS frameworks for example – HTML5Boilerplate, 960 Grid System, 52Framework, Bluprint CSS, etc.
* Good knowledge in Web 2.0 technology
* Knowledge on PHP/ASP.Net or any other programming language is a plus
* Highly proactive, detail oriented and has the ability to manage tasks timely and independently with minimum or no guidance.
* Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs and events
* Ability to work under pressure
