* Working on tight schedule for Overseas Clients.
* Solid understanding of developing Website using Flash, Dhtml, Multimedia and Adobe Photoshop
* Exposure dealing with European clients.

* Extensive front-end and back-end development with MYSQL/PHP Server including; design, creation and maintenance of tables, stored procedures, triggers, and views.
* Extensive knowledge in PHP, XHTML, Javascript, MYSQL
* HTML (Advanced), XML (Intermediate/Advanced), CSS (Advanced), PHP (Advanced), SQL
* You must have strong all round Web skills, in particular PHP, HTML, MY-SQL, graphics packages, and at least 2 years of production experience. You must also have commercial experience of web based application development and have the ability to follow a project through it`s entire life cycle.
* Knowledge in Web 2.0 technology.
* Extensive front-end and back-end development with MYSQL/PHP Server including; design, creation and maintenance of tables, stored procedures, triggers, and views.
* Knowledge in AJAX, div based (table-less/fluid design) development is preferred
* Familiar with Web application development tools
* Familiar with CMS using Joomla and WYSIWYG editor .
* Familiar with jQuery and jQuery UI will be added extra credit.
* Experience in developing e-com sites, P2P networks (Social Network), blogs
* Communication / interpersonal skills to communicate proactively with overseas clients
* Abilities to work in a team environment.
* Having good knowledge in PHP & MY-SQL
* Experience in Outsource Web Development Projects
* Knowledge in developing CMS page uses WYSIWYG editor
* Knowledge in Open source Tools e.g joomla, Os-Commerce and E-Commerce are must.
