B.Sc/M.Sc from Computer Science & Engineering (Any Major).

Additional Job Requirements
* Area of Knowledge:-
* Expert knowledge in designing and delivering complex web-based applications using the LAMP environment (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP 4 and PHP 5).
* Web Application development Experience in Object Oriented Programming in PHP/MySQL.
* Must have excellent UI skills and should be capable enough to complete a complex project in PHP by himself as a core developer
* Excellent command over CSS, Javascript, jQuery, AJAX and resolving cross-browser compatibility issues.
* Must have ADVANCED SKILLS on Drupal, JOOMLA , Wordpress CMS, preferably all but at least on one (1) is mandatory. Must be able to create modules or plugins to meet the client requirement.
* Must have knowledge and thorough understanding on developing E-commerce projects using MAGENTO platform.
* Experience using CakePHP or CodeIgniter or similar framework.
* The person is responsible to understand the Client requirements, documenting issues in writing for clarifications from client, ensure that necessary resources and information are on hand and design the development process and report and maintain regular communication with client.
* Should have relevant knowledge/work experience in oracle.
* Additional Job Requirement:-
* Capable to lead the software development team and work under pressure.
* Excellent capability to translate client requirements into technical solution.
* The incumbent must have excellent project presentation skill.
* Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
* Understanding of web security and performance issues.
* Excellent command of English.
* Experience in working and leading multiple projects simultaneously.
* Should possess professionalism and punctuality.
