Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed Post: Sr. Accounts Officer,CRP-Savar.

Job Description / Responsibility
Responsible for maintaining day to day accounts of CRP.
To ensure all financial transactions recorded properly.
To ensure the money received for CRP in cash is in safe or in Bank Accounts.
To ensure update balance of cash book daily which is agreed to actual cash in hand.
To repair cash and Bank salary sheets for all staff and arrange to pay accordingly.
To ensure deposit of money into concern Bank Accounts deducted from staff salary.
Arrange to invest money of different funds timely.
Arrange to encash or to extend of FD, Savings certificate etc. on time.
Arrange to draw money from Bank and deposit money into Bank safely.
To Check all vouchers/Bills accordingly and arrange for necessary approval and payment as per policies.
To maintain separate accounts/records for small/individual donors and projects.
Prepare statement of accounts monthly quarterly, half yearly, yearly as required by Donors, GOB & other concern bodies, your supervisor and CRP authorities.
Ensure safety of Books of accounts and other records related to money and accounts.
Attend departmental & general staff meetings and contribute ideas.
To assist external and internal auditor to carry on auditing of CRP accounts.
Responsible for checking the Cash and Bank balance on regular basis.
To ensure all the accounts are updated on regular basis to ensure that financial transmissions are accurate and Books of Accounts are maintained as per universal accounting system.
Ensure proper inventory and stock maintains of CRP.
Maintain finance and accounts related documents.
Maintain accounts of staff provident fund, staff gratuity & Resettling Allowance fund, special funds and staff welfare funds.
Supervision of Account Assistants’ work.
To preserve concern staff personnel files on temporary basis for financial settlement.
Responsible for preparing the budgets and ensure proper budgetary control.
To ensure proper financial management in different sub-centers of CRP
To disburse the fund in the different sub-centres according to their requirements approved by the authority.
Responsible for visiting to different sub-centres of CRP if needed.
To deals with Tax issues both organization and staff as per Government rules.

Educational Requirements

MBA in Finance or Masters in Accounting from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
5 to 7 year(s)

NGOs, Overseas Companies, Multinational Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Media/Public Relation Companies, Hospitals/Clinic/Diagonastic Centre
