* Develop high quality web based application with VB.Net and SQL Server 2008/12
* Designing & Developing high-end web based solutions using Microsoft.Net Technologies (VB.NET) and Crystal Report.
* Maintain good Documentation, Communication and Coordination with the team members.
* Must be Believe in TEAM WORK. Support each other to achieve desired results.
* Unit Testing
* Develop production-level codes and maintain standard coding convention on PHP.
* Read through a functional requirement and understand the technical implementation that is required to achieve client’s goal.
* Take the ownership of a project and see it through a successful launch.

* Good communication skills & conversant to work in IT environment.
