Quality Control Officer
( Starting Gross Salary ; 18,500K)
Our client a full-service moving company based in Kenya offering House Moving, Office Moving, Storage and warehousing facilities is looking for a quality Control officer.
Responsible for inspecting packing materials, teams appearances, trucks cleanliness before commencement of work, advising and evaluating team activities in the field engaged while packing, loading / stuffing, moving, offloading, unpacking, and arranging of variety of goods p/h/hold effects, office furniture /equipment and other goods.
Recording and reporting and attending to customer complaints and breakages.
Duties And Responsibilities.
1. Checking on daily basis and ensuring quality of packing materials, teams, drivers meet the required standards, before leaving the premises to the work stations.
2. Inspecting of vehicles at clients Premises to ensure proper and required cleanliness standards are observed and teams meet perform to the required standards.
3. Inspecting teams including individual team members on general appearances while at work at client’s premises.
4. Checking whether Team Leaders give proper work documents to the client and whether spend enough time with teams to ensure proper work coordination is in progress.
5. Inspecting packing materials being used at a customer’s place s to ensure continued quality, cleanliness, availability to the customer’s satisfaction.
6. Checking on incidents of in-displine activities and poor work performances and ensuring that they are reported.
7. Checking vehicle log sheets to verify kilometers travelled and time taken to ensure efficient operation.
8. Checking to ensure that services sold to customers are provided in the agreed forms, at the time agreed and carried out to the customer’s satisfaction.
9. Preparing weekly data reports on the overall performances of (complaints in general) and providing recommendations for future improvements.
10. All the above will be done to ensure increased customer satisfaction business development and enhanced client relationship.
Qualifications
* A minimum of a diploma in any business related course.
* A minimum of one year of work experience.
